Fundamentals Course: Our introduction to CrossFit takes place every Monday at 6:15pm and continues on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:15pm.  This is a 3 day course that must be completed in order and prior to starting in the group classes.  Space is limited, so to reserve a spot call or email at 404-316-9787,

Open Gym: Monday - Thursday 4pm-6pm- This is not a formated class, but a time designated to be able to work on movements, lifts, weaknesses, etc. outside of regular scheduled classes.

No Open Gym classes on Friday.  Only 5:15pm class on Friday evenings.
