Joe is a former NCAA cross country runner, and now runs as a sponsored ultra-marathoner on the trails. He has also competed in mountain biking and road cycling up to 100 miles. Joe is well versed in running and endurance sport related injuries, is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, and will soon be CrossFit Endurance certified.
A Message From Joe:
CrossFit has not only become a passion but a lifestyle for me, and coaching CrossFit has given me an opportunity to share this passion on a larger scale. I am very passionate about helping people improve their self image and helping them realize what they are truly capable of. I think there are a lot of people in the world who don’t know what they are capable of, and they go through life accepting that. I refuse to let someone settle for being less than they can be. Additionally, I believe in fun, and CrossFit Resurgens is fun! My goal for our gym is to be a place where fun times, good attitude, and hard work collide head on, forging our fun-loving members into a community of elite health and conditioning. I feel truly blessed to be a part of the CrossFit Resurgens family and such an inspirational community! Out-run a Lifter, and out-lift a Runner!
