Bio:

Will came back to his grassroots of Atlanta in 2012.  He has his MS in Instructional Technology and multiple certifications in teaching and instruction.  He just completed his CrossFit Level 1 certification in 2014.  He devotes most of his time to CrossFit and eating a Paleo diet.

A Message From Will:

As with most people, fitness and nutrition became a conflicting priority in my life.  I would spend a lot of time making it a top priority and then would focus on other things and realize working out fell to the bottom of my list.  When I came back to Atlanta I knew I needed to get back into shape for my own personal happiness.  I decided to try CrossFit…that was over a year ago.  Since then, I have done things I never thought would be possible.  I have seen the way it transformed my body and enhanced my competitive nature.  I love motivating others and helping them achieve their goals so becoming a Coach felt like the perfect transition.  I hope my perseverance can help others change their life and to never give up.
